On 5 November 2026, we experienced a service issue that affected the processing of some funding activity.
The issue began at approximately 12:37 UTC and processing was restored by approximately 13:05 UTC, resulting in approximately 30 minutes during which some funding activity may have experienced delays. Following recovery, services continued to operate normally while we monitored transaction processing and verified stability.
The incident was fully resolved at approximately 15:48 UTC, and no further impact is expected.
A subset of clients may have experienced delays in funding-related processing during the incident window.
Transactions continued to be processed following restoration of service, and any delayed activity was completed during the recovery period.
There was no impact to customer funds and no customer action was required.
The incident was caused by an issue affecting an internal service responsible for processing and distributing transaction information between systems. As a result, some funding-related activity was delayed for a period of time.
Once the issue was identified, corrective action was taken to restore normal service. Processing resumed as expected, and delayed activity was subsequently completed.
To help reduce the risk of similar incidents in the future, we are reviewing our change management processes, enhancing monitoring for critical processing services, and implementing additional validation measures designed to identify potential issues earlier.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve the issue
